Rules for Handling Violations of MiniApp
1. Purpose and Scope
These regulations are specially formulated to define violations and corresponding punitive measures to enhance user satisfaction, promote the healthy development of the Transsion MiniApp ecosystem (hereinafter referred to as "MiniApp"), and ensure the legitimate interests of both parties.
These regulations apply to all MiniApp products listed on the Transsion MiniApp operation platform.
2. Definition of Violations and Handling Procedures
Definition of Violations and Handling Procedures Considering global cultural differences and the laws and regulations of various countries, violations will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the countries covered by the MiniApp services.
2.1 Definition of Violations

Tier S | Bottomline Prohibitions | 1. Involve content such as pornography, gambling, drugs, and extreme violence that violates the regulations of the country or region where the app is listed. 2. Involve content that offends the religious taboos or ethnic beliefs of the country where the app is listed. |
Tier A | Invasion of Privacy | Violate platform data security and user privacy by unauthorized collection, storage, transmission, or misuse of user's private information, etc. |
Tier A | Malicious Infringement | Infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, portrait rights, property rights, etc. |
Tier A | Malicious Fraud | Malicious fraud causes the loss of users' money or property, including unauthorized charges. |
Tier A | Harm to Device Safety | Maliciously push viruses, code risks, or force downloads that endanger users' rights and device safety. |
Tier B | Content Violations | 1. Involve vulgar content, violence, terror, or other inappropriate content displays. 2. Copy or plagiarism of other entities' product content, activities, UI design, functions, etc. 3. Copy and repeatedly submit similar applications. 4. False advertising, includes impersonating official entities, inducing consumption, and other behaviors that provide false services or content. |

Tier B | Malicious Marketing | Excessively display, disseminate information, or send notifications that harass users for marketing purposes, such as abusing platform capabilities or utilizing cloud control for malicious pop-ups, forced sharing, and other behaviors that severely impact user experience. |
Tier B | (Entity) Violations | 1. Document violations, such as discrepancies between listed features and those presented during review. 2. Identify malicious submissions, such as repetitive uploads of problematic versions by the same entity without addressing issues. |
Tier C | Induced Downloads | Automatically redirect to or open other apps, or initiating automatic downloads of app packages without user consent or action. |
Tier C | Non-Core Functionality Availability Issues | Includes but is not limited to non-core functions being unavailable or design defects causing incomplete experiences. |
Tier C | Advertisement Abuse | 1. Advertisements impacting the functionality of the product. 2. Excessive frequency and proportion of in-product advertisements. |
2.2 Violation Penalties
We have 4 tiers of punishments, tier C being the not so extreme punishments and tier S being the extreme punishments for breaking rules.
The following are the specific punishments corresponding to each tier of violation:

All existing MiniApps under the account will be uniformly delisted, and the listing of new MiniApps will be prohibited. | If involved in serious violations that significantly damage the platform's reputation, legal responsibility will be pursued against the relevant entity. |
Tier A | [Permanent Delisting of the Involved MiniApp] The involved MiniApp will be permanently delisted. | An account suspension mechanism will be triggered if two or more MiniApps from the same entity are permanently delisted for violating platform regulations. |
Tier B | [Delisting of the MiniApp for 30 Days] If the developer fails to complete the rectification or fails the review multiple times within the specified time, the platform may extend the delisting period. | If the same entity is found to commit multiple tier-B violations on the same day, or if it commits two or more tier-B violations within a span of 180 days, the platform will be compelled to implement escalated punitive measures. |
Tier C | [Stop Search Recommendations] Search & recommendation scene block, with corrections to be completed within 7 days. If the rectification is passed by the platform review, the block will be lifted; otherwise, the block may be extended or the MiniApp may be delisted. | Escalated punitive measures will be triggered if the same entity commits two or more tier-C violations within 180 days or fails to complete the rectifications on time. |
3. Rectification and Appeal Process
3.1 Appeal Conditions
When submitting for review, if the MiniApp has been rectified according to the platform's requirements and ensures no further violations, developers can apply for the restoration of the MiniApp after the penalty period expires.
3.2 Application Method

- Developer's registered email, nickname, and company name requesting relisting
- Reasons for applying for relisting/unblocking
- The declaration commitment letter, which includes the reason for the violation, a detailed rectification plan, and a strong declaration of no further violations, is a testament to our commitment to adhere to the platform's policies.
- Developer registration proof (Business license and the legal representative's ID card front and back, which should match the legal representative's identity information on the national enterprise credit information publicity system)
Review and processing duration: 1-3 business days from the day following the platform's receipt of the application, please wait patiently for a reply.
4. Complaint Reporting
If you discover products on the platform that violate the regulations above, please provide valid screen recording evidence and reproduction conditions and report them via the following channel: developer_service.mi@transsion.com.
After verification by the platform, we will take the appropriate punitive measures.

This specification is a dynamic document, and we reserve the right to modify, update, or supplement the relevant operational rules based on changes in laws and regulations or product operational needs. Please consult it regularly to obtain the latest information.
