1. Overview
1.1 Definition
Transsion MiniApp Platform (MiniApp) is a complete mini-program service system self-developed by Transsion, hereinafter referred to as "Transsion MiniApp" or "MiniApp Platform".
Transsion MiniApp Developer: Enterprises or individual customers who develop and publish mini-program products on the Transsion MiniApp (MiniApp) platform are hereinafter referred to as "Developers".
1.2 Review Objectives
To ensure the legality and compliance of the use of Transsion MiniApp (MiniApp), and to protect the common interests of all legitimate customers of Transsion MiniApp, customers must complete the qualification information review when opening a mini-program developer account.
1.3 Applicable Scope
MiniApp developer account registration information and qualification document review-related work; refer to this standard for implementation.
1.4 Review time
The review process is generally completed within 2 working days. In most cases, it can be reviewed within 1 working day, ensuring a swift and efficient process for our developers. The review time is 9:30-18:30 Beijing time on working days.
2. MiniApp Qualification Review Specification
2.1 Application Conditions and Material Requirements
2.1.1 Application Conditions
- The applicant must be a legally registered, operating entity, individual, government, or public institution.
- Must meet the business scope and requirements stipulated by the platform and possess relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
2.1.2 Material Requirements
- Applicants must submit valid and accurate application materials, including but not limited to:
- Business License
- Legal representative's identity proof
- Non-profit organization certificate
- Government/public institution name and unified social credit code
- An approved business plan and operational report
2.2 Standards for Submission of Qualification Documents
2.2.1 Consistency Requirements for Registration Information
- The company name must match the qualification documents.
- For enterprise customers, the company name on the registration information page must be consistent with that in the qualification documents.
- Personal information must match the qualification documents.
- To ensure accuracy, the personal name provided during registration must match the name on the identity document for individual customers.
2.2.2 Qualification Document Requirements
- Qualification documents need to be clear and complete.
- The qualification documents should be legible and contain complete information.
- Qualification documents need to be authentic and valid.
- The qualification documents should be authentic and not show any signs of alteration or post-processing.
- Qualification documents with an expiration date should be used within the validity period.
- Need to provide qualification documents as required.
- Customers need to provide the required corresponding primary qualification verification documents.
- For certain special industries, customers must submit corresponding industry license qualification documents in addition to the main qualification documents.
- If customer advertising content involves copyright, trademarks, portrait rights, etc., corresponding rights proof documents must be provided.
- The scope of qualification permissions must not conflict with promotional content.
- The business scope permitted within the submitted primary qualifications and industry licenses (including but not limited to promotable business, validity period, promotable regions, etc.) must not conflict with the actual promotional content.
- The permission qualifications submitted must align with the authorized usage range, including but not limited to rights content, validity period, promotable regions, etc., and must not conflict with the actual promotional content.
2.2.3 Business-Related Requirements
- Company Name
- For corporate customers, the company name submitted on the registration information page should be based on the company name in the customer's qualification verification documents and must be consistent with it.
- For individual customers, the company name can be the name on the individual's identity proof. The personal name submitted on the registration information page should be based on the name in the customer's identity proof and must be consistent with it.
- Website
- Please include website links, app details, Google Play links, etc. Providing additional materials enables a comprehensive showcase of products and services, enhancing the efficiency and success rate of the review process. Furnishing relevant information ensures the seamless continuation of business operations.
- Collaborative Business
- Promotion of high-risk prohibited industries is prohibited (refer to Prohibited Promotion Industries).
- The industry classification must align with the customer's website promotion or collaborative business, as well as the business scope indicated in the customer's qualification documents.
